Meet the Clementine Sleep Cards — a collection of soothing bedtime story sessions designed to help little ones settle to sleep while gently building important lifelong bedtime skills.

Each session is written and narrated by therapist Charlotte Melki, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist with a background in Neuroscience and a mum, and uses calming storytelling and gentle visualisations to help children relax their bodies, quiet busy minds, and feel safe and ready for sleep.

Every card begins with the same familiar wind-down routine, creating a reassuring rhythm that helps children learn the skill of slowing down and preparing for sleep. After that, each session moves into a different story or topic, supporting little ones with things like managing worries, understanding feelings, and feeling more confident at bedtime.

The repetition of the wind-down routine is an important part of the experience. It helps children practise the process of settling each night, so bedtime becomes not just something they do, but a skill they learn.
