Ways to Pay
We accept many different types of payment. These include:
- Visa and MasterCard (including pre-paid cards)
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Yoto Gift cards
You can use a combination of gift vouchers and any payment card we accept to pay for your order.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal for all online orders for CA delivery. If you paid online using PayPal and choose to return your order, we will refund in accordance with PayPal terms and conditions.
Do you accept PayPal for international orders?
We accept PayPal for international orders if you're shopping on our CA website, or on one of our international websites and have opted to pay in CAD. PayPal isn't available if you wish to pay in local currency.
Do you accept Apple Pay?
Yes, we accept Apple Pay for all online orders for CA delivery. If you paid online using Apple Pay, we will refund via the same payment method.
Do you accept Google Pay?
Yes, we accept Google Pay for all online orders for CA delivery. If you paid online using Google Pay and choose to return your item, we can refund your Google Pay account.
Do you accept Shop Pay?
Yes, we accept Shop Pay for all online orders for CA delivery. If you paid online using Shop Pay and choose to return your item, we can refund your Shop Pay account.
What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is a wallet that helps you check out faster on participating stores by automatically filling in your saved email, payment, and shipping details.
After you set up Shop Pay, you can manage your credit card and billing info from your Wallet in the Shop app. You can manage your shipping addresses in the Shipping addresses settings of the Shop app.
Can I choose to pay in installments with Shop Pay?
Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, bi-weekly installment payments or monthly installments up to 12 months. Shop Pay is owned by Shopify and powered by Stripe.
Can I redeem Yoto Points with Shop Pay?
Unfortunately, the options to redeem Points will not be available if you use Shop Pay.

To protect you from fraud when you are shopping online, you may sometimes have to confirm your identity when purchasing an item online or via our app.
You could either be sent a short code when you are making a payment, by text/SMS or email, which you will need to enter to complete the purchase, or use your mobile banking app to confirm that you are the cardholder.
It is important that you keep your mobile phone number and contact details up to date with your bank or card provider. This will ensure that you will be able to make that online purchase if your bank or card provider wants to check that it is you using the card to make the payment.

I've used the wrong credit card for my order - can I change the payment method?
Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to change your payment method. You would need to cancel your order immediately (before it is dispatched from the warehouse), and then place it again using your preferred payment method. In order to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Happiness team via our live chat or send us an email.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Please note that if you choose to pay by PayPal, your payment will be taken immediately.
