If you're a monthly Yoto Club subscriber, we'll bill you on the same day of the month you signed up (eg: if you joined March 30th you'll be billed again on April 30th, or on the last day of the month for shorter months like February).Your Club Credits will be issued on the date we take your payment.

If you're an annual Yoto Club subscriber, we'll bill you yearly from the date you signed up and on the same date the years following. We'll send you two Club Credits monthly from the successful payment date.

You can redeem your Club Credits on single cards and card packs (priced at one Club Credit per card inside the pack) labelled as part of Yoto Club in the Card Store. Use the Yoto Club filter to browse.

Once you've redeemed a Yoto Card or pack using credits, you can play it instantly in the Library section of the Yoto App. We'll then send you the physical card in the post.

Unused monthly Club Credits will roll over to the next month(s). Your Club Credits will expire unless you redeem them within 12 months of being issued. We will send you two reminder emails before your relevant Club Credits expire; one email approximately 35 days before, and the other email approximately 10 days before.

If you bought your Yoto Club subscription in a transaction that also included other products, you will have seen that your 10% Yoto Club membership discount and free shipping were applied to all other applicable products in your transaction.

Once that purchase, which included Yoto Club, has been fulfilled, your Club Credits will then be added to your account immediately, and can be redeemed right away.

We’ll then add two Club Credits monthly on your billing date so you can continue building your card library.

Yoto Club members can choose from an ever-growing collection of over 200 Yoto Cards and Packs. We're constantly updating our library with new titles, including brand-new releases. There'll always be something new to discover!

In the Card Store, you can use the Yoto Club filter to browse the cards and packs on which you can use your credits.

Simply choose your favourites and check out! Your Club Credits will be auto-applied. (Your oldest Club Credits will be used first).

And remember, you can add other cards and products to your order and get 10% off and free shipping.

Each month, we'll add two Club Credits to your account. You can use these to order your choice of Yoto Cards and Packs from our collection.

Your available Club Credits will be auto-applied at check-out for any Yoto Club cards in your cart. (Your oldest Club Credits will be used first).

You can use them right away or save them for up to 12 months. Please keep in mind that your Club Credits will expire, unless used, within 12 months from the month you received them into your account.

It’s a collection of in-app only Digital Yoto Cards available as part of your subscription, on top of the credits you can use in the Card Store.

Like any Digital Card, you can link a Yoto Club collection card to a Make Your Own card using your phone or player. Once downloaded to your player, you can freely play the titles as long as your membership is active and the card is within the Yoto Club collection. (Please note that, at the moment, you can't add multiple titles to a single Make Your Own card or playlist).

And don’t worry, we'll give you at least a month's notice if we plan to remove anything.

To update your delivery address, billing details, or cancel your subscription

Simply log in to your account and select the Yoto Club tab.

If you have an active subscription

Click the Manage Subscription button to:

Edit your shipping address

Click on the arrow to edit your shipping address.

Edit your billing address

Click on the arrow to edit your billing address.

Note: You cannot edit your email address, as this is associated to your Yoto Account.

Edit and add payment information

Click on the arrow to edit your payment details (card on file).

Cancel your subscription

Don't fancy Yoto Club anymore? Going on a long holiday and wish to cancel your membership? Just click on Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the page. After this, your Yoto Club subscription will no longer auto renew, but you will still have access to all your Yoto Club benefits for the remainder of your subscription period. You can re-purchase Yoto Club at any time.

Of course! You can cancel your monthly or annual membership whenever you like.

If you've subscribed or renewed an annual membership, after 1 October 2023, you will be subject to these Yoto Club Terms and Conditions. If you cancel, you will no longer be able to get a refund on subscription fees paid.

If you subscribed or renewed an annual membership before 1 October 2023, you will be subject to these Yoto Club Terms and Conditions. Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can contact us, and we will do this for you. We will be able to refund the cost of any unused months, minus the discount applied to annual memberships.

Yes, you can!

There are just a few things to keep in mind:

Consider who you're putting as the recipient; we think it's nice if deliveries come addressed to the kids!

You'll need to enter the shipping address of the person you want us to deliver to.

If you'd like them to choose the cards each month, enter their email address so they receive the card selection emails. Please note you won't be able to change this after you place the order.

Click "Use a different billing address" when entering your payment details.

Before you check out, you must sign up for a Yoto account. That way, you can manage your subscription and update things like the shipping address or cancel your membership.

Please note you won't be able to move a Yoto Club subscription from the account/email address you purchased with to a different account/email address. The monthly selection email must also go to the email address used to buy Yoto Club. As an alternative to moving your Yoto Club subscription, we recommend cancelling and repurchasing using the correct account/email address.

We're really sorry, but we're unable to offer international shipping for Yoto Club. We understand this may be disappointing but due to the rising costs involved, it's not a viable option we can offer to you at the moment.
