Promotional Terms and Conditions

  1. You must have a Yoto account to be eligible to enter our loyalty program.
  2. You can only earn points when you complete actions set by Yoto (see Earn Points section here). Yoto reserves the right to change the actions and number of tokens associated to a specific action at any time.
  3. Yoto Points expire 1 year after your most recent purchase. 
  4. You can only redeem points at Yoto-owned properties, specifically yotoplay.com, eu.yotoplay.com, us.yotoplay.com
  5. Points cannot be added to your account after a purchase has been made on Yoto-owned properties or any other merchant sites. You must make a purchase on Yoto-owned website and own a Yoto account to get rewarded.
  6. Points cannot be transferred to another Yoto account. 
  7. Points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has been made. 
  8. Points redeemed are not re-credited if an order has been cancelled or partially refunded.
  9. Points cannot be redeemed if another promotional offer is on.
  10. Shipping costs are calculated after discount codes or points have been applied.
  11. We do not allow the sharing of referral codes in the following places: Coupon sites, Yoto’s social media posts, pages, review or advertisements and Other third party sites and marketplaces such as eBay. If codes are found on any of the above, we reserve the right to ban you from our program and cancel all points gained.
  12. Program live date is March 2nd 2021. Points will be accumulated from that date.

Yoto Player Price Reduction (The “Promotion”)

  • The Promotion begins February 21st, 2024 at 6 am PST and ends August 31st, 2024 at 6 am PST.

  • The Promotion is available on ca.yotoplay.com only.

  • Promotion:

    • 15% off Yoto Player.
    • 25% discount on Adventure Jacket when purchased with Yoto Player.
    • 22% discount on wireless charging dock when purchased with Yoto Player.
    • All other subscriptions, accessories, hardware and content are excluded from the Promotion.

  • Updated price on the Yoto Player page reflects the discount.

  • Other discounts can be used alongside this promotion including the use of Yoto points.

  • Yoto Club 10% discount can be used alongside this promotion.

  • Customers will continue to earn Yoto Points during this promotion.
